The Holiday Hoose

The Holiday Hoose is our newly renovated private apartment and garden situated above and behind the historic Auld Hoose. Great for a short break with the family or a weekend away with friends. Relax in the hot tub with a cold drink while your dinner cooks away in your kitchen. Chill on the sofa in the large living room before finally retiring to your bedroom with an ultra comfy bed and ensuite bathroom. The apartment has been renovated to the highest standards of safety and follows government guidelines in regards to fire safety regulations. • Please note the property has 2 king size beds and 1 double bed (please ignore bed quantity below.)
• When booking The Holiday Hoose please understand that the apartment is situated above a village pub and some background noise may be heard when events are on.
• This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to the number of stairs leading up to the apartment.
• Free cancellation 7 days prior before check in.
• We do not accept bookings for stag/hen parties.
• Early check in/late checkout available on request at a charge of £10 per hour.
• We request that there is no smoking inside the property during your stay.
• We request that you leave your lovely pets at home whilst staying with us.
• Please kindly respect the neighbours when using the outside areas including the hot tub-we would ask that no loud music to be played after 9pm.
  

If you're looking for a day out Kinghorn railway station is only 5 minutes up the hill.

A brief stroll down the bottom of the hill and you will find yourself on the beautiful Kinghorn beach with panoramic views over Edinburgh. Situated on the scenic Fife coastal path for breathtaking walks for miles and miles.
