The Cunzie Neuk Flat

The Cunzie Neuk flat is a 5-minute walk to Kinghorn beachfront and the train station (45-minute journey into Edinburgh City Centre). On arrival, keys can be collected from the Auld Hoose Pub, where the bar staff will be able to assist with any questions. It has a private outdoor area, which can only be accessed by visiting guests. The flat is situated on the ground floor and has a shared stairwell with adjoining flats. The interior is beautifully decorated and has kept some of its original features.

The space

We work in collaboration with the Auld Hoose Pub (6-8 Nethergate, Kinghorn, Burntisland, KY3 9SY), where the keys are to be collected for the property. Any questions on arrival, please ask the bar staff. The property has high ceilings, is compact, but has a spacious living room and kitchen.The bedroom boasts a Viking bed; the height of the bed makes it unsuitable for people with physical disabilities; however, a small step is provided to assist. The mattress is firm but very comfortable.The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, and WC.

Guest access

Private back garden area. The outside area is not shared and is only accessible for our guests; please stay within the boundaries of the garden area.

• The gas central heating is pre-programmed, and we ask our guests to adjust the temperature at the control on the radiators. 
• Please DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ADJUST ON THE BOILER.

If you're looking for a day out Kinghorn railway station is only 5 minutes up the hill.

A brief stroll down the bottom of the hill and you will find yourself on the beautiful Kinghorn beach with panoramic views over Edinburgh. Situated on the scenic Fife coastal path for breathtaking walks for miles and miles.
